Evaluation

After receipt of goods, each individual unit is checked for visual and technical defects as well as missing parts. You will receive an overview after inspection.

Logistics

When purchasing your old hardware, we plan a quick and smooth collection together with you. We expect a description of the location from you (e.g. device is at ground level or truck ramp available etc.) If your device is not packed safely for transport or cannot be packed for certain reasons, we will also offer you a solution.

Processing

The individual devices for the remanufacturing process are checked and remanufactured in detailed optical and technical audits. In the process, the data is irrevocably deleted in accordance with certified security standards. For this purpose, we work together with certified partners. Blancco is generally used for data erasure.

Recycling

Equipment that we cannot use for resale will be disposed of properly and professionally.

Refurbishing/Repair

You can also send us repair requests. After examination you will receive a non-binding offer from us. If repair is not possible or too uneconomical, we recover individual components from the devices, such as RAM, housing parts, power supply units, etc.. We then use these to repair or upgrade other systems. Once the recovery of spare parts is complete, we take over the professional recycling of the equipment.

Remarketing

In remarketing, the hardware is reintroduced into the B2B or B2C market. All data has already been irrevocably deleted in the process. A second life begins.

Reporting

You will receive a final report with all details of our evaluation. This forms the basis for your invoicing. Simple, fast and uncomplicated. Of course, if you wish, you will also receive a reporting for data deletion and services rendered.
